Weight loss motivation is important. Weight loss isn’t always easy, and we all have moments of weakness or doubt. It’s in those moments that weight loss motivation is important. Quotes can help us start on our weight loss journey or keep us going when times get tough.
However, I believe that weight loss motivation quotes aren’t enough to lose weight. They can really help but the strongest motivation comes from within. Motivation must connect to you emotionally and you have to have an overwhelming reason why you MUST lose weight.
